There is nothing to like about this company.

...- basically he has MIDC mindset. First time in his life he is working with MNC. he is hiring people from his past organisation and offers them good position and salary. He is very insecure because he has no knowledge at all. Other people who are here right form the start and has good knowledge, he force them to leave the organisation. So don't believe him. He do nothing and everyone in the organisation is unhappy with him so from last one year 90% of old employees leaves this organisation. My suggestion is to change this man first, otherwise sidel has to close his India operation. Work culture - not so good. Everyone is negative so too much of negative energy present. you can literally feel the negative vibe here. And those who are working here are already looking for better opportunities. Also today they will ask you to work with one team next day they will ask you to work with other team and very next day you will assign to another team this shows lack of management and vision. Very hectic and toxic work culture. Even if you are fresher or don't have any job I will not recommend this organisation. Job security - recently they ask few employees to leave because they close their operations in Italy. They don't even think once about the employees. Also they fired few employees just because of EGO clashes. Team - team leaders become leaders just because of flattery. Deserving candidates are forced to leave. the team leaders don't have technical knowledge at all. There is no consistanacy in teams, every month there is someone leaving the team and someone joining this confirms the lack of consistanacy. Within team it's hard to proove yourself. Salary - you will get average salary at start but later on the increments will be based on flattery and personal relationship with the so called manager. If you are ready to face above things then you can join this organisation.

...Europe but in reality they will send you for only one month that to for bond. 2. Salary will get negotiated based on travel and as explain earlier there will be no travel as such which will enhance your skill or satisfy allowance money looking at which you joined. 3. Flat organisation now hierarchy, after 5 years this guys are came with 4 leaders leading same year of experienced people. 4, No platform to showcase your skill set neither any forum to hear your voice 5. technical manager is recruited recently has experienced only working in MIDC small scale companies so obviously has zero emotional intelligence. Hiring people from his past companies and while releasing people gives hard time take things personally. 5. Salary is not per industry standard. 6. In short don’t join this company if your experience is more than 5 years. It will ruin your career.

Terrible and negative environment in this office, every single employee is searching opportunity outside the sidel. Sidel Engineering office located near Fujitsu and Capgemini is worse and the Driver (director) of this office is worst , aggressive and unprofessional. His approach to the candidate is based on the relation to him. No value to employee's efforts and contribution. Not supportive always procrastinates your problems if you ask him for a solution, fake personality. All the seniors have left the sidel just because of him, only freshers are there attracted by fake promises kind of lollipops. Every engineer has suffered during his notice period no matter what he delivered. HR doesn't know his rights and responsibilities he follows only this director. No expectation and support from HR.
