Likes

The Seniors are have experience in multidisciplinary industry and come from various background such as scientist, military, Retd. Law officers, management, etc; so we have to be aware of multi industry knowledge and information which is all blended and used in legal background.

Dislikes

Heavy duty work and too many deadlines to meet. The seniors are cooperative but could be brutal if associates shows complacency. The environment is highly competititve and associates need to upgrade themselves with latest industry information. The associates are also given time to time training and coaching with the industry titans and Senior advocates, Retd. Judges etc. No job security at all.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
