*Worst company I had ever worked with * Management dont keep their words * They will offer you with high package, but on reality they will cheat * Director and Hr Managers are the best cheaters, they both give words and at the end they don't even pickup the calls. *They will convince you by the way they talks, but dont go to this company

Employee focused company. Good place for learning and growing. flexible mode of work, employee benefits. As a female employee, I felt its a safe place to work and valued in the workplace.

The worst company. They'll mentally abuse you and makes you feel down. If you ask for hike they'll never respond to your calls and you need beg them through the mail for each and everything but you'll never get a solution for anything. Even the recruiter and HR's don't have any rights to speak with the candidates truthfully. They only have contract position of 3 to 6 months but they'll force recruiters to mention it as a full time opportunities and they'll fire you if the clients are not happy with the candidates and blames you and your performance. They'll also blackmail you by mentioning you as a fake candidate and spoil your future and career. Not only them even their clients are worst. They'll relieve a candidate within a day. No job security, No job satisfaction, No future growth, No financial growth, No career growth, No safety and security for female employees, No job security. They always mention that they are very transparent but both the MD and Recruitment head never shared their number or mail id with anyone. They'll connect you through the recruiter or HR and even the HR don't have clear idea about organisational policies and mediclaim details. Anything you ask with them they'll ask you to drop a mail. They don't provide proper reliving to the candidates and they make you beg for the reliving letter, experience certificate, etc.

At the very first two days of joining you will feel as if you are working for good company and kind hearted people .

Dislikes

Micromanagement , direct and indirect targeting, cornering employees, demeaning and harassing, owners getting too much involved in employee personal matters and creating unwanted problems. Those two persons Karthik and Barani think that they are father of recruitment and perfectionists, Sad and poor comment on their ignorance - they both lack tooo much of basics professionally No leaves, no career growth for employees.
