1. South Indian Bank operations and service limited (SIBOSL) is just a cost cutting company of South Indian Bank. 2. For the same job an experienced South Indian Bank employee get 45-50k but, operations and service limited employee get 15k in hand 3. You got a buggy app called greyhr which is your attendance and all in one office app. 4. Timings are strict. I go to office at 9 am and mark my attendance and out at 6.29. the app marked it early leave. 5. A south indian Bank staff come on 9.50 and go on 6 PM. I'm sitting alone in the office cause my all colleague are out my time is 6.30 6. There is no skill training. But your senior will force you to learn everything from your colleagues as soon as possible. 7. A room with full of files and damp smell. 8. If you want a job immediately then join it. If you have time 200% not recommended. 9. This is not a onrole bank job just a company job mind it. 10. If you joined than it is normal cause the HR will tell you that is from south indian Bank and you will hook easily. 11. Join and search a good job if you get quit this job. 12. My travel time is 5 hours working time is 9 hours it makes 14 hours. If you sleep 7 hours it makes 21 hours. In a day you get 2 hours for eating and all other works. I come to home for sleep 13. In the salary you don't even relocate and fund your family.
