Poor management, extremely poor salary growth, poor attitude towards employees. Interview cracking criteria 1. He should be needy of money. 2. He should have family responsibility and under graduate, so he will work faithfully and management can put pressure on him/her. 3. Smart, graduate and talented candidate, kindly do not apply please.

...lly as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal. Management itself play politics among employees like divide and rule.

Nothing at All, Well there is one thing they are good at Lying in everything. Always scamming his Clients with some Extra DST for monetary gain. Even his client's are just Filthy Rich ock headed monkey's who are easy to scam,

Everything that comes out of Manager's mouth is Imaginary or logic less Stories You have to work on every Saturday and if you're lucky Sunday's also so this is not the place to show your extra efforts. Narcissistic manager with Ego as cherry on top. Treating employee's like slave. Toxic Work Culture, Less Paygrade, Non-technical Work, Slavery, Circus environment, Immature & Narcissistic Behaviour of Manager, No HR or Employee Policies everything is managed & Manipulated by Manager.
