...lly as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal. Management itself play politics among employees like divide and rule.

Narcissistic manager with Ego as cherry on top. Treating employee's like slave. Toxic Work Culture, Less Paygrade, Non-technical Work, Slavery, Circus environment, Immature & Narcissistic Behaviour of Manager, No HR or Employee Policies everything is managed & Manipulated by Manager.
