There is no to guide you, so you have to learn everything by yourself which will your self.

Dislikes

...s right, but still owner will take client side. Which lets employees moral down. WORK LIFE BALANCE As per company you Should WORK 9 per day form Monday - Saturday Me personally doing 10 hours per day 12 somedays, no extra pay will be given to you, nor appreciation.

Nothing, except supporting senior employees. You will regret your decision after joining SI INFOTECH LLP.

Dislikes

...lly as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal. Management itself play politics among employees like divide and rule.

Everything that comes out of Manager's mouth is Imaginary or logic less Stories You have to work on every Saturday and if you're lucky Sunday's also so this is not the place to show your extra efforts. Narcissistic manager with Ego as cherry on top. Treating employee's like slave. Toxic Work Culture, Less Paygrade, Non-technical Work, Slavery, Circus environment, Immature & Narcissistic Behaviour of Manager, No HR or Employee Policies everything is managed & Manipulated by Manager.
