1. If you will give suggestions, the founders will gaslight you into believing that you are wrong and only they know how the business is supposed to work. 2. If you don't give suggestions, you'll be called a person with low energy in the company. 3. Their favourite words are OWNERSHIP and OPTICS. You'll be called out for laughing in the office, saying it gives an impression to the other teams that you are not working. 4. If they see you happy, they will question you that how are you so happy knowing that the business is not doing well. 5. They don't have any senior leaders for branding and marketing because the founding team is too hesitant to lose control as that is what they are best at. 6. They boast about their QUICK HIRING QUICK FIRING culture but when the company is at fault, they give examples like- Don't be disheartened. Even married couples have fights but don't file a divorce so keep sticking here. Yes, you read that right they would actually compare your job to a MARRIAGE. 7. The moment they would realize they are low on budgets they will try to give you the worst possible excuse and ask you to leave. Example: Our working style doesn't match, you are not able to bring results in the field that you don't even work for, you were late to the office once, you asked for so many leaves, you are only handling 2 profiles you should do more, you lack ownership and so on. 8. The vibes are so toxic that the authorities would just completely ignore you especially if you are a gen z because they have the old school opinion of not trusting the younger folks 9. Nobody (literally nobody) in any team has any clarity on what the ultimate goal of the business is because the leaders keep changing it every day. (yeah, they also don't know) 10. If these many points are still not enough, I'll talk about one more. They HATE to have a PROCESS in place. Why? Because if they will have a process then it will become harder for them to play the blame game. No process = No stakeholders = everyone is held responsible for ANY THING that goes wrong.

Almost everything. Great support and skill enhancement opportunities. Flexibility in timings and ample time to balance out rest of the chores along with the work.

Dislikes

No clarity in the increment structure. Some unplanned and urgent requirement of availability for a session (very rare). No national or government holidays.
