Dislikes

Was warned before joining. Designation seemed good, office looked fancy, pay was at par. Considering these, I joined thinking I will handle the toxic culture. NOTE: This is only for their SSML division. Result: Designation - They just randomly make a fancy designation. You could be asked to do things totally unrelated to your role and sometimes much beneath your skill set. Pay - They NEVER give notice period pay, cut salaries at will without any logical reason, don't settle FnF, don't give exit documents. Worse, they reveal the pay of people in front of others and expect you to justify your worth with their unreasonable demands. Culture - Typical Babu culture. Don't go by their words when they say they are progressive, broad minded, etc. Pure FACADE. Highly micromanaged. Senior people in the management are highly incompetent. They just indulge in dirty POLITICS. Job threats are a daily phenomenon. CONCLUSION: Don't get trapped by their sugarcoated words. They might lure you by giving extra increment over your existing job. STILL NOT WORTH IT. Request to Ambition Box - DON'T DELETE THIS AND LET THIS BE A GUIDING LIGHT TO THOSE IN NEED.
