...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
