...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...n furtunate to have the best managment and supportive bosses ever to work with. Nice location and office are the icing on the cake and morever salary are always on time. Work life balance is the most fantastic. Overall it is completely a employee driven organisation. Dut to some unforseen situations I had to take a break from this esteemed organisation but given a chance again I would love to come back.

Overall good and their salary is also good but 6days a week and very strict timings policy and they have very few leaves but the best part is the Techhead are so good and understandable and the bad part is the managers are so arogant and never give importance to their teams

The work life balance provided is really commendable. The supervisor never calls after office hours(if not a real emergency). No need to crib about leaves, can be availed easily. Directors are quite down to earth

1. Babu culture company 2. There is too gossips in the company & few top management like this. 3. Hire & Fire. Top most company for same day fire policy without no reason. 4. No HR policy. They are just like brought up Toys. 5. HRs are also not safe for fire. 6. There was one manager maned subhajit Batabyal (feku the great), No dressing sense, poor technical knowledge, great for oiling management back. 7. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
