If you are below manager level, than your job security is very high.

...rent. Washroom are not available at work sites, if available condition is worst. No proper salary structure. And behaviour of Admin and HR personnel's are worst, even a clerk behave like a GM and thinking that you are a labour.

... skill development in this company will be zero. Seniors are very un supportive. Forget about promotion, one month Salary you will get after 45 days.

They will cut fees of safety shoes from your salary. Safety of employees are like bull shit.

1. This company deduct the safety shoes money from salary 2. There is now Good canteen available in my department area 3. The washroom qualities are very bad in area 4. Mobile bann in our company

Plant structure and salary credited on time

Dislikes

Not have any job security whatever designation u have. 2nd thing is 8 month of provision periods. They deducted your EL without informing you. they hold salaries. Management do whatever they want. They not treat all employees in same way. And lots of things are not good in this plant.
