...es like begger Once you will resign then owners actual face will come infront Do not pay salary Lot of clauses Keeps your original documents and then torture you to get back. Ultimately you will prefer to loose salary. Sometimes you might required to pay.

My suggestion to the Company is to provide regular feedback session to discuss growth, performance, expectations and areas of improvement.

Flat organization structure, open to new ideas, guidance and support from management, abundance opportunity to learn new things everyday. The company culture is very unique where it places a lot of emphasis on each individual's growth and fair play enables each team member to achieve his/her maximum potential.

Dislikes

Nothing much for now... but I am confident that if I have any in the future, I can always talk to management about the same and I will be heard - and that is the best part here!

I really enjoyed working at sbits. It not only boosted my confidence but provided a platform to showcase my skills. I also learned many new things and their support and guidance helped me to become a much better from earlier. I would like to thank sbits for giving me this wonderful opportunity.
