Nothing. When I was working name sbits stand for smart business and IT solution now though name changed but the company owner, management is same. Join company on your risks.

...es like begger Once you will resign then owners actual face will come infront Do not pay salary Lot of clauses Keeps your original documents and then torture you to get back. Ultimately you will prefer to loose salary. Sometimes you might required to pay.
