Tharewis a lot of policie and the manegement doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is vary slow.there is abond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

The culture here is felt like that of a family member and the way all the seniors are supported in this company is very different compared to other companies, it is good, and the way our company's MD Mr. Sudip Goenka guides the entire sales team, is an inspiration for us. Thank you.

Anther plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy
