Employees don't receive any benefits; they deduct bonuses and gratuities from their own salaries. There's no earned leave (PL) or sick leave (SL) either, and many employees have not received their final settlement (FNF). You may be hired for one department, but you'll end up working in another, and if you can't keep up with that department's tasks, you will get warnings. They'll say to either complete your work or face consequences. My main point is if you are hired for a specific department, you should be assigned tasks related to that department.
