1-Salary is Stopped if target is not achieved. 2- No Career Path(No growth) You will remain Relationship or Wealth Manager for lifetime. 3-No Branches.You have to sit in sister company's office if required. 4-No Structured Appraisal system or Hike. 5-Long Hours or Concalls (10 hours at times). 6-No Proper HR policies (No proper Onboarding or Exit System). 7- Partners Commission is not paid on time (You have to mail many times). 8-Unsure Notice Period and Final Settlement. 9- No High Paying Jobs. 10- Staff Strength of Hardly 50 people across Nation.
