1-Salary is Stopped if target is not achieved. 2- No Career Path(No growth) You will remain Relationship or Wealth Manager for lifetime. 3-No Branches.You have to sit in sister company's office if required. 4-No Structured Appraisal system or Hike. 5-Long Hours or Concalls (10 hours at times). 6-No Proper HR policies (No proper Onboarding or Exit System). 7- Partners Commission is not paid on time (You have to mail many times). 8-Unsure Notice Period and Final Settlement. 9- No High Paying Jobs. 10- Staff Strength of Hardly 50 people across Nation....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
