All properties are delayed. * They force their employees to give postive feedback during great place to work survey. Join if you want to earn no incentive, toxic work culture and stagnant growth.

Pro's: No pro's Con's: Management do partiality among employee, you have to sit till 7:30 in evening even if u have no work, culture is very toxic, no leave allowed, person specific company, no incentive and bonus.

Toxic work culture, very less pay compared to industry, management is partial, work from office even in lock down

Work culture, Aggressive Sales and Marketing approach, Timely salary, decent incentives, Organised work process.

Work life balance with few selected departments Especially Sales, Marketing. Rest is chill only.

The only concern is the salary being paid for engineers , should be increased for the next work they do

Due to COVID situation they laid off some employees,it happened with many real estate companies in that time there was no job security other wise it's good company for sales person there is a pressure
