Politics,Dictatorship,One man dominance, You have to keep bucket for Salary hike and promotion. Work satisfaction is an issue. Company is very good but few people doing partiality interms of Increament and promotion

Lot of pending works. Target issues. Issues with increasing salary even for senior staff. Only adequate salary provided. No extra amount left for savings.

There is not available other activities, salary is much lower than work,there was a lot of pressure during lockdown,forget what is sunday 360 days work,there is no time to come and go to the office

Company is great provide full salary in lockdown. And work life balance is zero because company is open in every month last Sunday and you have only 2-3 Sunday and 2 half day for your family, personal work, family work, friends and relatives.
