For training & learning perspective it is good company. & for the freshers it is also good for work for starting.

...o poor being a management student you have very less opportunity of improvement. Salary hike & promotional activities are negligible.if you once remain here for more than 2 year then your carrer is in risk i.e other companies are not interested to take shriram employees due it's negative market reputation.shriram has so many products of selling ,there is no certain target ,high work load but less salary.management never taking feedback directly from working employees.

...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

But when do we get the incentives? It is within the criteria and they pay less salary. This is the only shortcoming in the company. They pay less salary to the employees.

...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

If you join as operations employee you will get low salary and have to work as a sales person on your own petrol and other expenses

Toxic environment they always says that if you did not do that particular work which is assigned to you which is also not your work we will show you the way to get out of company If they want remove a employee they start pressurising that particular employee and then in new month opening they told you. You are under performing and it is auto exit in which they stop letting sign you attendance register and remove your biometric details as well so you will believe that you have auto exited the they told you If you give resign we will take care that you will get proper receiving
