Unlike most other establishments, the boss has a very warm mentality and he's obliged to make the staff learn for the future while we are working for the institution.

I have a very bad experience with Shridhar.

Dislikes

Shridhar not only terminate any employee without giving any notice period even not paid full and final salary to the terminated employee. work with shridhar would be a foolish decision.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
