It was good Working environment..
I am very happy to be part of this organization..

In this organization salaries will not get hike as we expect (guntur) I am getting the same salary from my joining and now I am working my 13 month..
Employees are good and sociable. But there is no proper hierarchy in management or managing the entire office.
Dislikes
Lack of Professionalism. There is no proper hierarchy to admnister and no proper working levels. The subjected job was not intended and they used to make us work for other works also like mobilizing, even to work as office assistant also. Its damn hell to work in this organisation. Problems were never solved by HR department, No increase or increments in salary, no job security.
Of course it's a very company and career growth will b there. If the person religion chowdary then he career will b bright.Bcoz they playing a politics with employee and they see the differences between religion.
