Nothing to like in this company it's all over a very big plant with very bad management.

Job not secure here. No good salary, no safety measures follow, no bonus not future safe of employees and labour.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees .

... policy for staff category employees and Certified standing order for workmen . We made enough progress on timely payment of salary and wages to all employees and statutory payments . More over it was a nice experience for me to work with said company.

It's a good and reputed company ..i am grateful to work here ..as i was passing my iti ..I started working here as a foreman.. overall good company

...re no basic hike ...as and when ..i promoted as a manager still I paid less ....i given my so many years to this company but no bonus and no appreciation provided 😞

The project that is going on in the plant helps to learn about the machines, it's work principle, any defects to be noticed when the machine stops and also helps in learning how to manage projects.

Dislikes

...very long and the timing is so odd that the whole day gets wasted in the office. And the salary is given on 7th of the month.
