training is good,Job security zero,career and salary growth very weak,politics are touching to sky engineer to GM level all are corrupt , work environment good but not Eco-friendly.

Teammates are very selfies , work environment is good but you can't reach your goal.

In all staf some of them are very good they also understand the problem and help us.

They not provide us salary on time and they also misbehave with staff and also abuse the staff and they also not provide proper food and job security is zero percent because they misbehave with staff.

Shri balaji is open to innovation and readily adopts new things . In shri balaji environment is very good , all staff are friendly and helpful in any situation .Another plus point is that staff come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration . I like the employee re - hire policy

In shri balaji only one negitive point is too late salary
