Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Getting opportunity to learning new things Office staff is very cooperative

Management is very poor, they are giving any duties to anybody at any point of time Appraisals they are releasing after 6-7 months No Work-Life Balance you will found There is no festival celebration or any activities they arranging On leave day they are calling and calling you so you can't thinking to take leaves Very bad management for all departments
