Worst experience working with this company. No minimum respect to employees. Lots of salary deduction without any reason. No salary increment. No incentives. Even though company is in profit they dont think about employees. One more thing is they will deduct the pf every month from salary. But that amount is not deposited in employee pf account. When we ask our pf details they take lot of time ro give the details. Without information they will close the brances in one day and make employee s jobless

It's not good, they give 2-3 seat works to one person, and there they don't have trust on their employees, and they won't salaries on time, incentives also they give very late, and wen particular employee is resigning, just to not to give salary, they put something or the blame on the employee..
