The company is dealing with real estate business and the management is concentrated in the hand of promoters with an egles eye in the future result of present action. Have the freedom to implement all the innovative sytematic reforms and compliance with due changes in MIS information flow without any hitch. Have Got lot of experience in perfection of system and planning.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
