...with few illiterate road side men somehow managed to be a Owner. Mistake of God! No professionalism, cut salary if you are sick during probation, illiterate & uncultured Owner,VP & HR. Pathetic & full of dirty politics, worse than big boss! Just to save 500rupees they booked a flight at 1.30am!!! Expect to reach office next morning on time or else they will cut salary. Dirty people.

Illeterate, harmful, characterless, uneducated, mean minded, dishonest, disrespectful Owner,Vp & HR. Just google negative adjectives in English & use everything for these guys.

Nothing to say about dislikes. Typical Marathi culture of jihuzuri!! Travel allowance is horrible 7rupees/km. Hotel arrangement in out station is pathetic, dump employees in 1000 rupees hotels. No respect, no proper way of talking. No proper atiquettes.

I was working here for 3 years, had good experience with company. Both the Directors are open minded and always available for the employees. During Covid pandemic, where other companies deducted salaries of their employees. Shree Rapid Technologies was taking care of their employees like their own family and didn't deducted a single penny from salaries of their employees. From financial support to medical treatment, both the Directors and HR manager were personally looking after affected employees.
