Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Company CEO is very supportive, teammates are also supportive, but due to tough market competition and financial constraints there is no job security, there is no on job training, salary appraisal are normal, work environment is very tough, it is very hard to make balance between job and family. Because there is no time left for family after office hours. We are terminated due to Covid 19 lockdown and company can't bear this period expenses.

Company could not bear two months salary during Covid-19 pandemic blow. However we have worked from home during lockdown. This period of very crucial for me, no company is interacting new people due to Corona.
