Zero Job security, Management try to recruitment of outer employees and give them free accomodation but in reality that is like prison, All power in security guard ,he will open gate as per his convinience , and Not allowed to go out side with family, untill MD not allowed, I feel lack of professionalism there, all MD relatives are driving this company and have right to discuss with MD ,other Are not Authorised to talk with MD Sir, and Other are available to listlen customers abusing words and complaints but not authorised to offer some fecility to customer to reduced customers complaints, On customer complaint MD deduct Rs 5000 of GM Service as peanauty , as per my opinion This is my wrost Experience in 21 years with MSIL Dealership,

Un professional staff recruiting by MD ,very low scale provided service Manager Amit was warning at 18000 Rs per month without MSPIN , there all many untraind technicians and Service advisor who are untraind and taking training without MSPIN and working at low grade of Salary, during recruitment they promised to guaranteed incentive per month but no pay, MD also talking false commitment with employees during appointment but after join never talk with employees.
