Most of people are helpful and kind nature. Good canteen facility, company is reputed. It produces brass, copper and bronze rod, coil,wire. It's benefits as a PF, NABL, ISO Standard company

Dislikes

It's working hours 12 hours. Salary and increment rate low so it's making employees demotivate for work stress. Bond time duration 3 years.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
