They provide meal at office at reasonable rate.

Company is not employee oriented. There is no Work culture & job security. Salary increment & promotion very slow i.e. salary increment is 5% & promotion done in 4 to 5 years. Work pressure is very higher although no timing fix for outgoing from office to home. No compensation leave provision there. No laptop facility. Parents is also not add in health mediclaim policy.

More deduction in your CTC..your CTC is 20000/- then after deduction your in hand salary is only 10000/- Promotion is to late and increment is poor.

Very less employee benefits, like bouns, very late promotion, growth very slow in salary. Increment 7 to 8 percentage average per annum.

...ds on department you work with. Mgmt is good but no motivation or annual meet company policty for salary is ok ok not as great as 5 year before.

6 days working. some termination from job every year. employee benefit are low. Old people have good pay but new one have problem. you have to follow line only. transparncy is low
