Work culture of Shree cement especially in Logistics department is worst..you can't manage ur work life balance..coming in early shifts going on late shift is rule in almost every part

More deduction in your CTC..your CTC is 20000/- then after deduction your in hand salary is only 10000/- Promotion is to late and increment is poor.

Excellent Salary increments, Independent to innovation, idea sharing, direction intersection with all departments, regular training section.

Dislikes

Not considering of past experience, Partiality in increment, politics, I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal.
