Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Late salary payment Dysfunctional management Management only trust 1 2 person, get ready to be blamed on every occasions. Whole team changes every 6 to 8 month so no teamwork. Site visit without any communication with clients so no outcomes most of the times.

Learning is good for people who work and perform on regular. Supportive towards growth of individual and team.

Dislikes

They pay salary to some who only sits, demotivating for others. They should remove poor performer, they give many chances to overcome which is often misused by those given area to improve.
