Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Some teammates are really helpful and supporting. Opportunity to learn

Dislikes

Late salary payment Dysfunctional management Management only trust 1 2 person, get ready to be blamed on every occasions. Whole team changes every 6 to 8 month so no teamwork. Site visit without any communication with clients so no outcomes most of the times.
