Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Teammates was good,company gives training to all the employees ,lack of job security,yes career growth depend on the employee work,company not adopted any policy for employees welfare, work environment was good,no any innovation in the company & yes work n life can be balance in the company.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

I don't like the taking sense of seniors & boss when they talked use offensive word. No any respects of women in the company. Give first priority to male employee.
