the management don't give too much work load on employee & some times senior teammates try to solve junior employee's problem

due to bulk hiring,incompetence gets overlooked,compensation is not that great & overall growth is slow & some times teammates are not that helpful

... to give work pressure... no training before that. They don't want quality work. Only want quantity work against a low salary as much low as they can pay for a candidate.

They have no work structure as well as work culture. Proper taining.

salary and incentive punctuality.helpful seniors and comforfable decision making freedom.

Dislikes

casual approach of HR department.Final settlement is still pending for tge past 2 years.I was not given any offer letter.

Likes

Should keep an eye on new commers, that what they are going through for their immediate by default seniors. Rest management is good, but some seniors are too toxic to work. Management needs to take care of that.

Dislikes

Not proper time for wrap up, And some seniors exxesive ill behaviour

This is a great company to work & grow with. Work-Life balance is always given a priority here. Very efficiently handled by a highly professional & experienced top level management team, always ready to adopt to market changes. Healthy Employer- Employee relationship derives job satisfaction & mutual growth prospect. There are many employees working for more than 25 years years till now so job security is also very much there. Overall a great company with proven track records & diversified business to work with. It was a pleasure working here though it was for a brief period of time.

Dislikes

There are no such negetives to be mentioned. Though there is requirement of good qwality manpowers in higher management positions (Specially in H.R.) for their growing businesses. Recruitment & training process has to be more efficient & fast track.
