Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra perks, salary will be deducted if you don't work. HR is disgusting, unresponsive, clueless, poor communication, lack of transperancy (Tejaswini Chilukuri). Unwarranted salary deductions, Appraisals lower than expected, Delayed salary payments, limited opportunities for skill development, poor corporate ethics of employee and management. Must available 24/7 to work. No Diwali bonus, they will give you some 250gms of dry fruits. You will be ask to resign without any reason.

Working at this company was a horrible experience. There is absolutely no work-life balance, appraisals are neither fair nor motivating, and there is no job security whatsoever. The management is spineless and operates purely on personal whims, frequently changing policies to suit their convenience with no regard for employees. The company culture is toxic, and the work environment takes a serious toll on your mental health.

...balance for employees while leadership takes long vacations during peak times 4. Salary in cash, never on time. No appraisal and variable. Sketchy finances. 5. Employees get blamed for losses, leadership gets credit for wins 6. Leadership is clueless about work, only focused on personal gains 7. No respect for employees as people or even humans

... day, will call you at even 2 at night without hesitation, no work-life balance. Useless work environment, hr doesn't know the basics of their work for a salary, you have to beg them, and they will ignore all your calls and messages. It was the worst mistake of my life to join this organization. The company will give your salary in cash, deduct your pf, and then won't even respond to you(Happened to me). They even make their employees work on festivals like Holi and Diwali, had worked on Holi till 3 in the night.
