... day, will call you at even 2 at night without hesitation, no work-life balance. Useless work environment, hr doesn't know the basics of their work for a salary, you have to beg them, and they will ignore all your calls and messages. It was the worst mistake of my life to join this organization. The company will give your salary in cash, deduct your pf, and then won't even respond to you(Happened to me). They even make their employees work on festivals like Holi and Diwali, had worked on Holi till 3 in the night.

No facilities, no on time salary, no cab facility for women even if it late, all fake promises, no appraisal, no relieving letter also after resigned no proper documents, always prefer to cash salary, no celebrations, only the projects lead will enjoy themselves, work pressure full,

A place where Managers are good and a perfect place to learn about politics but on the other hand administration & HR related work are not soo satisfying

You may not receive appraisal because of the management's weird policies and Variables is one of the biggest scams

You can learn a lot of things about political campaigns when you are working in the organization. Opportunity to establish connection with Booth level Leader to candidate.

After the elections are over, there is a high chance of not getting retained by organization.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time, and once you resign from the company the full and final settlement will take 90 working days as compared to standard period of 30-45 working days. Terrible support from HR. Will not recommend anyone to join this company unless and until they do not have any other option to earn money.
