Useless work environment, hr doesn't know the basics of their work for a salary, you have to beg them, and they will ignore all your calls and messages. It was the worst mistake of my life to join this organization. The company will give your salary in cash, deduct your pf, and then won't even respond to you(Happened to me). They even make their employees work on festivals like Holi and Diwali, had worked on Holi till 3 in the night.

Working at this company was a horrible experience. There is absolutely no work-life balance, appraisals are neither fair nor motivating, and there is no job security whatsoever. The management is spineless and operates purely on personal whims, frequently changing policies to suit their convenience with no regard for employees. The company culture is toxic, and the work environment takes a serious toll on your mental health.

Internal movement between teams is encouraged. Initiative and ideas are welcomed by leadership.

Employees get blamed for losses, leadership gets credit for wins 6. Leadership is clueless about work, only focused on personal gains 7. No respect for employees as people or even humans

No facilities, no on time salary, no cab facility for women even if it late, all fake promises, no appraisal, no relieving letter also after resigned no proper documents, always prefer to cash salary, no celebrations, only the projects lead will enjoy themselves, work pressure full,

A place where Managers are good and a perfect place to learn about politics but on the other hand administration & HR related work are not soo satisfying
