They doesn't know how to handle a team. They will never appreciate you on your work and will always be ready to chock your neck on your little mistakes. My experience was horrible. Ash, this lady is such a Monster. Beware. Do not ever work under her, I repeat, NEVER !!

Great diversity and culture, the delivery team from India is amazing, seniors are supportive.

...tached to management I couldn't do anything but yes it is a Big red flag for me. Trust has to be there, the incentives aren't paid on time either and yet we stick around them with loyalty.
