Dislikes

Few managers behaves they are the supreme leaders of the company. Shows disrespectful attitude to peers and bottom level employees. Higher management is very busy with projects and don’t have time to notice these kind of people.

No job security, you can expect your termination letter even in the midnight.

It's a good working environment with good team members. But management don't encourage employees with proper hike, incentives and bonus.

Very less appraisal percentage 7-10%, even sad part of it is retention policy, which holds 10% of salary and will be given after 6 months of appraisal and will be given only when employ retains complete 6 months in the company. Need to serve notice period for two months, salary will be settled after 45 days of relieving. No leaves approved during notice period, it would be Lop's

Company give the bonus from the employee salary. It's like they deduct 10% from your salary every month and disburse it every 6 month. Which impact on your total CTC. If you are applying to other company they will consider it as veriable.

...t even allowing him to serve notice or give a chance to work in other process) Lot of cuttings, if your salary is 5 L you will get in hand around 33k per month and there are no night shift allowances in the name of retention bonus they deduct money from our salary and pay it every 6 months. There is nothing to learn here.
