Challenging work environment and culture, there are too many politics in Teammates and management is dominating different stores are different types of cafeterias and Some stores conduct Weekly Activities or Award system Company policies want Employees maximum time doesn't matter Quality is Going poor or not appraisals are fair can't say it only Dependence on your Reporting Manager Salary hike and bonus every year are low...

As per our privious DISCUSSION politics are too much management ignores issues Salary is upto state guidelines career growth is good but increment is not no bond is there except you can not do two works together because Company thinks it will effect your Quality of work on the job Training Quality is Good and it can change your life I must Say....

internal opportunities are very less. Good place to work , teammates are good salary was good . appraisal - not good. Jo security is not there (only in my case ). But really very good company for employee. Thank you
