Best company for technical people located at trivandrum office. Worse company for Bangalore teams

Technicl teams get good bonus payouts , outing drips, lunches, entertainment. no learning no appraisal no payouts no support for customer facing teams

Nothing mych to like about. Culture is okayish. No company perks, travel, foreign trips etc

Dislikes

Absolutely Trash. Product has no demand in the market co founders doesnt have vision neither they agree with each other sales declining people leaving (at least 15 members of sales customer success have quit in last six months!). company doest have sales lead or client service lead - all being managed by ceo. Product development and engineering teams have eco problem SNayar knows little but thinks he is the best designer engineer in the world. Mohan know jack, but he talks soooo much. Sales team is mostly crunched all the time comes up with unreasonable request from clients and unfortunately can't say no because there are only handful of clients. their best account unilever is also cancelling subscription in most countries. Most likely this is the last year of company operations.

Nothing great about the company - team outings are not there. Office provides free coffee and chips.

Dislikes

Company Management (Co-Founders, Top Execs) look down on other employees. The co-founders have different thought process and they often try to manage things in their own way. This ends up confusing people. CEO superimposes his ideas on everyone, talks mostly negative and treat people badly. Keeps threatening people about firing them - Sales is not stable, team attrition too high in sales and customer care. They've not been able to raise any money after Series A - not many investors are interested in it.

1. They are pretty flexible with the log in-log out. 2. It's a hybrid model, with 3 days in office but if needed you can work from home.

Dislikes

1. There is too much micromanagement. 2. The management team is disrespectful.
