Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Not suggest anybody to work with Sona Group. They hold expatriate staff salary for min 6 months and do not release/ delay pending salary after leaving company even after lots of follow up. Worst company I have ever worked for.

There is good working environment and atmosphere, cooperation between the respected department is good and solve issues to show good understanding.

There was politics if you show little slowness in the job and sometimes jealousy of how you came and unwanted issues. Some issues if given by you not addressed on time.
