Thanks to SHODHANA first. Shodhana given me a good platform when i was looking for job after completion of my graduation, very good management and staff. I can say proudly and love the fact that i am a part of a quality team to lead many of successful achievements. Shodhana is one of the leading and fastest growing intermediates & API's bulk company. Providing good benefits to employee, good environment and career growth too. Around 10 yrs worked happily in collaboration of various cultural background colleagues. I sincerely request them to please a look on employee re-hiring policy who serviced faithfully fo organisation.

Decent compensation but required betterment for longtime servicing employees. Little high work pressure and ensure employee availability according to the competence and company achievements.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...d we work happly in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. One important thing is salary is every month 31st deposit our account, that's like people here working. Here job security is good, and any skilled person working is good condition he take performance bonus in increment time.The company have surrounding jeedimetla near by bus and auto stand, so there is no company bus, but 5 minutes walkable distance.Here there is no politics and good work environment .
