after 1st company releaved us shivamtech kept us on desk for nearly 3 months

salary hike is very bad they have not hiked salary of employees for about an year and after that also the compansation was not good benefits from the cliend were not reaching to us employees of shivamtech one time they just changed the medical insurence to their terms if u r fresher then dont make a contract of if u do make it 1 year and look for another opportunities

... this organisation from last 2.6years. Here you have to work on the Client site. Your work evaluation and salary increment will not match as per your job description. Because you are working for client and salary credited by Shivamtech. They(Shivamtech) will not able to give you work balance and not taken any decisions on it.

Company policies are very bad. As you working on client location they have not provide job security at all.

Excellent platform for fresher to 10 years of experience people. Good career growth and compensation. Overall satisfied with shivamtech culture and work experience.

There is no job security. Company forcefully Fired employee when there is no need at client company Company change their policy as per own requirements As long as they are getting profit from us, they talk sweetly after start speaking badly
