Compensation is decent.. I have , Of course x and I. I Considering the consequences of sfety about the filed staff who is actually taking care of the most important thing in sales has no minimum consideration when it's come to such as accidents, illeness. I hope good things will happen.

The company gives wide career opportunities and it is a good platform which provides facilities to learn new skills & develop oneself. It is open to innovations & latest technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation is good in general but it depends only on each division's individual heads. Growth is slow and sometimes work pressure is high & have to work 14 hrs per day most of the days (not applicable in all divisions)

It's been a pleasure to work with Shiva Texyarn as here you can achieve many goals to improve self, job is secured for sure until u become useless for anyplace I hope, jolly loving work culture, better policies than any other company in this profession.

Here one can achieve any target, can build up a whole new system for self and our technical ambitions, hierarchy has never been a hurdle for anyone here.
