This company is authorized dealers for Hyundai Motors India Ltd. and they deals in Hyundai Cars Sales,Service, spares, used cars.. The MD of this company is highly qualified and retired scientist and also involved in Amway online business, and that are the plus points of management, but MD wouldn't believe on a single sales executives, sales managers, CRM, Service Managers etc but in other way he love to be interact with Securities Guards, sweeper and peon only. Therefore no one is working for him feel proud to be associates with the company and the MD Chamachas are much powerful to a Sales manager and whenever he wants, any one from the office thrown out immediately..

Dislikes

...ed the company like Hitler style, which is not acceptable in current times only. The salary deduction of every employees are the second major issue in the company, either you are right or wrong, nothing will help out in front of MD. Incentives structure shown on the joining time but its depend on the moods of MD, if his mood is off you'll get punishment without any fault of your own, The quality of employees in the company are not up to mark and customer caring was very poor, just because of unnecessary pressure created by MD, the employees retention was very poor.
