Big No to this company. This is not a company it's a business, culture, behaviour of owner,old employee all will plan to fire you. Owner is worst person he is not industrialist he just a normal cheap dirty minded unethical worst personality. I am surprised he is consulat of other companies. He can't even run his company professionally he will directly interfere into your work, no costing department , sales Ankit will give you work without any direction. Owner had fired so many people due to his thirdclass nature, he will ask for video, he will ask to write mail to his customer which is not asked in any interview, impatient person running people carrier in nashik. Think 1000 times then join here. Wort company so far, product quality is worst his switches come around 110% costly than actual product cost. Owner is drinker everyday he drinks and give bottle to drink water in that glass bottle and do show off he don't promotes plastic. Any time customer will call you because inventory is not maintained of raw material so the products are not built actually owner is not real owner of company he got this business by his dad he just driving ng his dad company. Very very very poor people specially owner. He is worst person I have ever met in my career. He fired women's too so keep into mind if you miss any thing he will put you on his radar.
